Our good health needs to be seen in all terms, of which one is diet. It is very hard to eat, and to get our family to eat, a healthy diet. I know two children in one family who refuse to eat certain vegetables: he won’t anything green or from above the ground and she won’t eat anything from below the ground – no root vegetables. Then neither will willingly eat fruit. It’s not just children either. So how to maintain a balanced diet?
