Hippocrates said, “Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food”
Our good health needs to be seen in all terms, of which one is diet. It is
very hard to eat, and to get our family to eat, a healthy diet. I know two
children in one family who refuse to eat certain vegetables: he won’t
anything green or from above the ground and she won’t eat anything from
below the ground – no root vegetables. Then neither will willingly eat
fruit. It’s not just children either. So how to maintain a balanced
diet?
